This product alone increased power from 210 bhp to 227 bhp and added 15lbsft of torque on a base MP215 Mountune equipped ST180.

The test Mountune MP215 ST180 Fiesta made a disappointing 208hp when fitted with extra hardware, Pumaspeed added a Milltek Decat, a Milltek Cat Back Exhaust and a Forge intercooler. After the install of the Pumaspeed Manifold it produced a healthy 230.1 bhp with the MP 215 kit and extra hardware which we think is  quite respectable for a low boost Mountune power kit.

Its well known that installing a tubular manifold on the old Focus RS Mk1added around 20 -25 bhp.It enabled the turbo to spool up quicker, adding to the driving experience. On the Fiesta ST 180 the same principle applies, Faster Spool, More Power, More Torque

This unit will give an extra 12-17bhp depending on modifications already installed

This heavy duty unit fits all standard Fiesta ST 180 EcoBoost turbos, it locates the turbocharger in the exact position as the OE Manifold enabling all pipework and water lines to be retained.

The test fiesta st180 was fitted with the following -

 Mountune Stage 1 195 remapping.

 Milltek Sports Non Resonated cat Back Exhaust

No Boost levels were raised or remaps adjusted to add any power, the extra flow added by the Pumaspeed parts list to the mountune remapping enabled the vehicle to produce 229hp where its previous best was 210 with mountune and the milltek exhaust system.

For vehicles running high boost mappings the power increases were not as high
