Q. Where can i find your showroom?

A. We are conveniently located approx 150 yards from the A5 as it heads north through Dunstable (we currently share our premises with Amber Performance) , for a more detailed map please check the 'customer service' section

Q. What are you typical opening hours?

A. Monday  to Friday we are available from 8am to 6.30pm. Typically we are closed Saturday and Sunday although you may find us at  a show or event somewhere near you!

Q. How do i purchase from you?

A. You can either call our phone line 0845 123 2829 or use the online ordering facility, this is fully secure and uses the latest technology to ensure the safety of your purchase.

Q. Who should i speak to?

A. We are all here to help , talk to any of the sales staff, you will be directed to the correct person if your question is of a specialist nature and we have a particular person with knopwledge in that area.

Q. Can i order on line?

A. For certain models, Yes. If the vehicle you are interested in shows the full speciofication of the car (ie. an in stock vehicle) and a fixed price , then you can go ahead and complete the order on line and pay the relevant deposit.Q. Why should i buy from you?

Q. The car i want is showing a price but as its a brand new model surely i need to specify options?

A. Yes , you can still complete the order on line , any deposit will be accepted against the base price illustrated , this price will only change if you add significantly to the options list. Once you have completed the order we will contact you to confirm interested options anyway , or if you prefer you can call/e - mail us to discuss in advance. If you wish to adda number of options we will advise of any additional cost. this will be paid when settling final payment.

Q. How much deposit must i pay?

A. 15% deposit on cars is normally acceptable , for special order parts we may require full payment in advance. For simple non stock items that you wish to secure via deposit 25% is typical.

Q.How quickly will my purchase arrive?

A.All our items are dispatched using a 'signed for' service (which will require a signature upon delivery) and are fully insured by ourselves against loss or damage. Typical delivery is usually 1 to 3 working days as we carry good stocks and use manufacturers and distributors in most cases to ensure the most direct means of getting a purchase to you. However in the event that an item is misplaced during transport we may be required to wait a upto 14 days before we can make a claim and dispatch a replacement or arrange a refund. Wherever possible, we aim to dispatch all items the same working day when paid for before midday, and in the event of a delay we will contact you to discuss the options. Please note that ALL items paid for by personal or business cheque require five working days clearance! Finally , please bear in mind that many items are internationally supplied and/or made to order , should any order fall into this category your order may take several weeks (typically upto twenty eight days but often quicker) to arrive so dont worry should this be the case! Ideally contact us to check lead times before ordering if concerned.

Q. What should i do upon receipt of my purchase?

A. All of our parcels are sent on a signed for service, this protects us and you until full satisfaction is assured. When your delivery arrives please check it carefully (especially the packaging) if there are any signs of damage please sign for your parcel as 'damaged' , once a parcel is signed for 'in good condition' any claims to the courier/parcel service are hard to substantiate.

Q.What happens if an item doesn't fit my car or is damaged?

A.Customer satisfaction and confidence in a seller's reliability is vital to our business and we want to reassure you prior to purchasing that we are one of the more reputable traders and work very hard to maintain our exceptional record. All the items we sell are brand new unless specified and sourced from official manufacturers and distributors whether they be UK or international brands. We do not sell bankrupt or discontinued lines, and as such all our items come with a full warranty from the manufacturer where appropriate. In the unlikely event that an item does not fit your vehicle, or is damaged on arrival, we have a full returns and refund policy similar to any high street store, and are always here to help. Should you have any concerns relating to a purchase you have made (or are about to make) please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. What happens if my purchase is not available from stock?

A. Due to the vast range of products we offer and the international / made to order products in our range it may be possible that certain items are not carried in stock or need to be placed on order on your behalf. In these cases we will endeavour to contact you directly by e - mail or telephone to advise you the approximate delivery time expected on your purchase. Over 90% of products on this site are sourced from the most direct source available ensuring that delivery will be swift. In the remaining 10% of cases where this is not possible due to non stock with ourselves or the manufacturer/distributor or a purchase is made to order delivery will typically be no more than twenty eight days (often significantly quicker).

Q. How can i be sure you are buying from the best source possible to ensure i get the right item and quickly?

A. We use only the best products in the market place and the best suppliers, if we are not satisfied with the supply of a product range or the quality we will no longer trade with that supplier. In the main we buy direct from the manufacturer or the main distributor for our products and this generally ensures good stock levels for us to re stock where required or deliver direct to you where possible. This means if straight from the factory to you is the quickest option thats what we do!

Q. How do i know im getting the best deal?

A. At JW Racing we appreciate the market place is very competitive, we want you to buy from us for a variety of reasons and understand that one of those will be price , as you search through our site you will see many products discounted from normal RRP and based on research carried out by our own staff and customer feedback will hopefully ensure you are always getting the best deal available.

Q. Will you price match?

A.Yes! If you find a better internet price and provide a link to that advertised price then wherever possible we will endeavour to match a competitor if your preference is to buy from us. There will be cases where this is just not possible due to discount structures from manufacturers etc but we will always try our best.

Q.What happens if I don't pay for an item?

A.Please do not complete the checkout unless you intend to pay! We are very reasonable sellers, and our standard payment terms are a maximum of 10 days from the completion of checkout, with a range of payment methods that should cater for all types of buyer. Should you have any difficulty making payment please contact us immediately.

Q. How do i use a discount voucher?

A. If one of our product ranges has a discount voucher offer simply make a note of the code and enter that information when requested at the checkout.

Q. When i use a discount voucher and im buying more than one item will i get the discount on all purchases?

A. No, the checkout may calculate it that way but we will adjust the final invoice accordingly, each discount voucher is only for the product in question and no others. If you make a multi purchase we will ensure you get the discount you are entitled to on the relevant product and adjust the rest - we are endeavouring to modify the checkout system to solve this problem but the work is ongoing!

Q. Can i collect my goods?

A. We have a showroom so customers who live locally are always welcome to collect items and save on delivery charges. However, we respectfully ask that you contact us to arrange a suitable date and time as we do not keep all stock 'on site'. We would obviously like to ensure that your goods are ready for you when you call.

Q. How long will my Samco hoses take to arrive?

A. Samco hoses can take two - four weeks to be dispatched due to the volume, demand and options within the range. Please contact us before purchasing if unsure.
